At JessaKae, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit Our Portal

  Head over to the JessaKae Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your new exchange.
